What I am allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
You can:
Build any website using the template in any way you like.
You cannot:
Resell or redistribute templates (like we do). Claim intellectual or exclusive
ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products
are property of content provider companies and individuals. Make more
than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same
template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?
Non-Unique Purchase:
Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you
have chosen some time later.
Unique Purchase:
Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this
template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently
removed from the sales directory and is never available to other customers
again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own
it.

Is it reasonable to make Unique purchase of template that was already
purchased before?
Yes. Because there is very very small chance that you will find same design
online. There are more than 3,000,000,000 web pages online now according
to stats on www.google.com (check at the bottom).
My transaction was suspended? Why? What can I do?
Such non tangible products like website templates are very easy target
for carders (persons who use stolen credit card details in order to make
purchases). That's why we developed advanced anti fraud protection system.
This helps us to prevent fraud and keep website templates as rare as possible.
Most of website template sellers do not provide own anti fraud protection.
This makes their products an easy target for carders. Carders spread templates
around the world through 'warez' website's and 'warez' CDs.
Your transaction may be suspended when the anti fraud system marks it
as a suspicious one. You will need to wait a few hours while our operator
calls to merchant services provider and checks your transaction manually.

a web designer or external web design studio.
Second advantage is time frame:
It usually takes 5-15 days for a good designer to produce a web page of

Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional

What if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use it on the
internet?
One benefit of using the internet for credit card transactions is the
process is automated for both parties. Another is purchases made on-line
are more secure than other cardholder not present transactions as they
use an encrypted connection. We're sorry to report that we don't currently
offer a non credit card purchase option.
What do I receive when I order a template?
After you complete the payment via our secure form, then you will receive
a confirmation email with link(s) to download the .zip(s). The .zip file(s)
contain the following: FLA / SWF files (if Flash based), PSD file(s),
HTML file(s) and fonts. You will need an unzipping tool to open the .zip

How do I open the delivered template(s)?
Templates are delivered in .ZIP format for fast downloading. You will
need an unzipping tool to open this type of files. Windows users may visit

To open Flash based templates, FLA file(s) you will need the Macromedia
Flash 5 Editor (or any of the versions following that, Flash MX and MX2004
/ MX2004 Pro). If you don't currently own a version of the editor there
are two versions available for 30 day free trial downloadable here:

What is the best place to find photos/images for customization of
my template?
We recommend that you purchase images from www.gettyimages.com.
In what format are your templates available?
Website templates are available in either Macromedia Flash or Photoshop
and HTML formats. Fonts are included with Flash / Photoshop file. In most
templates HTML is compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver

License
Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates
and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers

You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging
to either you or your client. You have to purchase same template once
more in order to make another project with the same design

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette,
CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale
of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
d) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else
without prior written consent from templatemonster.com.
e) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products,
modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content
providers.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be
liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out
of the use of or inability to use our products.
Our Refund Policy
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not
issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible
for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make
sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make
exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described
on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline
for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
Antifraud Check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20
minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours)
for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing
number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders
of the credit cards used during purchase.
